CCA Impregnated and Creosote Contaminated Wood
Bergen Avfall trades recycled wood that has been impregnated with CCA or contaminated with creosote and therefore requires special treatment because of the poisonous substances in the wood.
We handle these fractions for waste plants throughout the country and have good logistical solutions through to incineration plants that are approved for treatment of such fractions and use them to produce district heating and electricity for industry and private consumers.
We handle CCA and creosote-contaminated recycled wood that is delivered as:
- fine shredded chips
- rough shredded chips
- crushed
- untreated
The customers decide which solutions they prefer.
Bergen Avfall has contracts that ensure stable deliveries. This means that our customers can follow predictable plans for their production and economy - also in the Summer.
We naturally adapt our transport solutions to the customer's requirements.
Bergen Avfall contracts large and long-term projects, but also smaller and more sporadic assignments.
